About me!

Hello! My name is Delaney Wells

I am 22 years old and I am from Charleston, West Virginia. I am currently a senior at the University of Kentucky where I am studying Broadcast Journalism. After graduation I hope to work has an on air reporter for a local news station!

Outside of school, I love to travel, spend time with my family and friends, and be outdoors. One thing I am very passionate about is my Italian heritage. I just finished my reign as Regina Maria XLIV of the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival where I traveled the state of West Virginia appearing in parades and speaking to people about the festival and about Italian-Americans in West Virginia. The above picture was taken this summer in San Giovanni in Fiore, Italy where my ancestors are from!
